1 package of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 small white or red onion, finely diced
1 can (6oz) Wild Planet Wild Sockeye Salmon or Wild Pink Salmon, drained
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp capers, drained
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Place cream cheese, onion, salmon, parsley and capers in a medium bowl, mix gently to combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with additional parsley if desired. Serve with crackers or toasted bagels.
