Directions

  1. Empty can of tuna into bowl.

  2. Using fork, break up slightly into small, bite-sized pieces.

  3. Add mango, cucumber, jalapeño, lime juice, and mint or cilantro.

  4. Gently toss until combined.

  5. Cut avocados in half, lengthwise, and remove pits.

  6. Top each avocado half with some of the tuna and mango salsa mixture.

  7. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper, to taste.

  8. Serve immediately.
