Buffalo Tuna Melt

Recipe by @donaldo_cooks

A tuna melt doesn't need to be boring, it can be fun and so delicious. This is exactly what I aimed for when I made this and I'm glad to say it was a success! Mostly because I used Wild Planet Skipjack Tuna which is easily the best tuna on the market. Mix that with spicy buffalo sauce, jalapeños, pickles, and a handful of melted cheddar cheese and we have a flavor-packed winner.
