Ingredients

    For the Gochujang Tuna Bowl

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna, drained

  • 2-3 tsp Gochujang

  • 1 tsp Japanese Kewpie Mayo

  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Leftover Rice, for serving

  • Kimchi, for serving

  • For the Jalapeno Soy Marinated Eggs

  • 6-8 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled

  • ½ cup Water

  • ½ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 1 Jalapeno, finely chopped

  • 1” Fresh Ginger, grated

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. In a jar or glass container, combine the soy sauce, water, chopped jalapeno, grated ginger, and sesame seeds. Add the hard-boiled eggs. Let soak at least 30 minutes or up to 4 days in the fridge.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the canned tuna, gochujang, mayo, and olive oil. Mix well, then season with salt and black pepper. 

  3. Serve the tuna with leftover rice, the marinated eggs, and kimchi to enjoy!
