This elevated green goddess tuna salad is not only super easy to make, but it’s loaded with protein and is extremely nutritious. The dressing comes together in a blender in less than 3 minutes and is filled with fresh ingredients like herbs and lemon juice. The protein source will come from the Greek yogurt and Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna, which is my fav!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup basil

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1/4 cup dill

  • 1/4 cup chives

  • 1/2 shallot

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2-3 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients (except for tuna) into blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Place tuna in bowl and break into pieces using two forks.

  4. Add dressing to tuna (I used about 1/3 cup) and gently mix until well combined.

  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

  6. Enjoy with chips or on a piece of bread!
