Ingredients

  • 3 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 1 box Protein Pasta
  • 4 cups Cold Milk
  • 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups White Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, plus ¼ cup for breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Yellow Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, diced
  • ½ cup Frozen Peas
  • 4 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Heat Dutch oven over medium heat and melt softened butter
  3. Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic until soft
  4. In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan, melted butter, and parsley
  5. Add flour to the vegetable mixture and stir continuously until thickened and darkened
  6. Pour in milk, scraping bottom of pan, and bring to a simmer
  7. Meanwhile, cook pasta to al dente according to package directions
  8. Add cheeses to the creamy sauce along with pasta, peas, and tuna

  9. Mix well until combined
  10. Divide equally into meal prep containers
  11. Top with breadcrumb mixture
  12. Bake 20-30 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy
