Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt (or mayonnaise if preferred)

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • ¼ cup Cucumber, finely diced

  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely diced

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped

  • 2 large Tortillas (8-10 inch)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado

  2. Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

  3. Mix until smooth and creamy

  4. Stir in tuna, cucumber, red onion, and dill

  5. Mix gently until everything is evenly combined

  6. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla

  7. Roll tortillas up tightly

  8. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels

  9. Serve immediately or wrap for later
