This delicious twist on a game-day classic is guaranteed to get you ready for fall. Mix cream cheese, green onions, Monterey Jack cheese and cayenne pepper with tuna, & add to toast for the perfect snack. 4oz cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup red onion, small dice 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped 1 garlic cloves, grated 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder 2 cans of Wild Planet Albacore Tuna Salt and pepper, to taste In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, red onion, parsley, garlic, cheese cayenne pepper powder, and cayenne pepper sauce. Using a rubber spatula, mix until the ingredients are fully combined. Once combined, fold in Wild Planet’s Albacore Tuna, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld together. While the tuna is in the fridge, slice up your crostini. Lightly drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toast until desired crispiness. Once done, allow the crostini to slightly cool, then top with the buffalo tuna and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4oz Cream cheese, softened 

  • 1/4 cup Red onion, small dice 

  • 1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped 

  • 1 Garlic clove, grated 

  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese 

  • 1/4 cup Cayenne pepper sauce 

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper powder 

  • 2 (5oz) cans of Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, red onion, parsley, garlic, cheese, cayenne pepper powder, and cayenne pepper sauce. Using a rubber spatula, mix until the ingredients are fully combined. 

  2. Once combined, fold in Wild Planet’s Albacore Tuna, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

  3. Transfer mixture to the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld together. 

  4. While the tuna is in the fridge, slice up your crostini.

  5. Lightly drizzle crostini slices with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toast until desired crispiness.

  6. Allow the crostini to slightly cool, then top with the buffalo tuna and enjoy!
