Cranberry Apple Tuna Salad Bites
This tasty tuna salad is sweet, crunchy, delicious & easy to make. Mix tuna with dried cranberries, celery, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice, & serve over fresh slices of Honeycrisp apple!
Ingredients

1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna
1 Tbsp dried Cranberries
½ of a Celery stalk, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Green onion, finely chopped
2-3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1½ tsp Lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 Honeycrisp apple, cored & sliced thin (for serving)
Directions
Drain your tuna then add it to a large bowl and mash it with a fork.
Next add your dried cranberries, celery, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice and give it a good stir.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. (Adjust your seasonings accordingly.)
Top each apple slice with a spoonful of tuna salad and serve immediately.
