Ingredients

  • 1lb Pizza Dough

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 1lb Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, quartered

  • ½ cup Red Onions, sliced

  • ¼ cup Kalamata Olives

  • 1½ cups Arugula

  • 6-7 Basil Leaves, sliced

  • 3 Tbsp Capers

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling

  • 1 Lemon, juiced and zested

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Ice cubes for baking

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F

  2. In a large bowl, combine quartered tomatoes, sliced onions, sliced basil, tuna, capers, olives, arugula, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Toss to combine and set aside

  5. Stretch pizza dough to desired size

  6. Place on pizza stone or baking sheet

  7. Add a few ice cubes to the center of the dough

  8. Bake until crust is golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes

  9. Remove from oven

  10. Discard any remaining ice

  11. Top baked crust with the fresh tuna salad mixture

  12. Drizzle with additional olive oil

  13. Slice and serve immediately
