Ingredients

  • 1 (4.4oz) can Wild Planet Wild Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 small Carrot, shredded

  • 2 small ribs of Celery, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, minced

  • 1 Tbsp Capers, drained

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • Zest of 1 Lime

  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Multigrain crackers (for serving)

Directions

  1. Place drained sardines in a bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl, stir until well combined. Serve with crackers.
