Directions

  1. Open the can of sardines and empty into a medium-sized bowl. Break up the sardines until they are in small pieces.

  2. To the sardines, add the celery, carrot, red onion, mashed capers, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix together thoroughly.

  3. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
