3-4 Butter lettuce leaves (or cabbage leaves)

1 (4.4oz) can Wild Planet Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 (4.4oz) can Wild Planet Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon

1 (4.4oz) can Wild Planet Sardines in Water
1 cup shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 avocado, sliced
3 radishes, sliced
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp chipotle mayo
Fresh lime wedges
Directions
Arrange lettuce or cabbage leaves on a serving plate.
Top with sardines, coleslaw mix, avocado, radishes and cilantro.
Drizzle with chipotle mayo and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
