I love a nutritious, high-protein lunch. These lazy-girl spicy tuna hand rolls take 5 minutes to make, are gluten-free, and are made with Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna!
Cut the seaweed paper into 3" squares.
Top each square with warm sticky rice, a spoonful of tuna, and an avocado slice.
Drizzle spicy mayo on top. Top with Nori Komi Furikake Japanese seasoning.
