For this easy poke bowl I use Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna! I love this Skipjack Wild Tuna as it allows me to easily add some extra protein, EPA and DHA Omega-3s, iron, and potassium to my day. This recipe also incorporates fresh veggies for added nutrients - sliced avocado, chopped kale, diced carrots, chunks of cucumbers, a sprinkle of green onion and a drizzle of spicy mayonnaise.
