Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Sushi Nori

  • 1 Korean Yellow Pickled Radish, sliced

  • ½ Tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise (add more for creamier texture)

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 1 Cucumber, sliced

  • 50g Avocado

  • 2 Tbsp Scallions, chopped

  • ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1½ Tbsp Tobiko (optional)

  • 1 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, Kewpie mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, and chopped scallions

  2. Mix until well combined

  3. Place nori sheet on bamboo rolling mat

  4. Add pickled radish, cucumber, and avocado in a line across the center

  5. Top with spicy tuna mixture

  6. Add tobiko if using

  7. Roll tightly using the mat

  8. Seal edge with a little water

  9. Slice into pieces using a sharp knife

  10. Serve immediately
