- 2oz dried soba noodles
1 (2.6oz) single-serve Albacore Wild Tuna with Sweet Chili Pepper pouch, undrained
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tsp honey
Cook soba noodles according to package instructions; drain and cool.
Lightly break up tuna with juices and add to cooked noodles.
Gently mix in red bell pepper, scallion and cilantro.
In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over noodle mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
