Ingredients

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs and 6 Hard Boiled Egg Yolks, separated

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1½ Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 small Garlic Clove, minced
  • ½ cup Bread and Butter Pickles, chopped
  • Hot Sauce to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Green Onions for garnish

Directions

  1. Peel hard boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks from egg whites.

  2. Combine tuna, egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, and pickles in a bowl
  3. Add hot sauce, paprika, salt and pepper to taste
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined
  5. Transfer mixture to a piping bag
  6. Pipe filling into each egg white half
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and additional paprika if desired
  8. Serve immediately
