Ingredients

  • 8 oz Elbow Pasta, cooked

  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 cup shredded Carrots

  • 1 small yellow/white Onion, shredded

  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek Yogurt

  • 1.5 Tbsp Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp milk of choice

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna, drained

  • 3 green Onions, thinly sliced (plus more for garnish)

  • ¾ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta with the apple cider vinegar, carrots and onion. Mix well then set aside in the fridge while you prepare the mayonnaise mixture. 

  2. In a small bowl combine the mayo, yogurt, sugar, milk, salt and pepper. 

  3. Add the tuna, green onions and mayo mixture to the pasta and mix well.

  4. Top with additional green onions, salt and pepper, and enjoy!
