Adobong Sardines

Directions

  1. In a hot skillet, add the olive oil from the sardines. 

  2. Add the minced garlic and mix. After a minute or so, add soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.

  3. Once it starts to heat up, add the sardines and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

  4. Add the hard-boiled quail eggs to the pan.

  5. Let the sauce thicken for about another minute or two.

  6. Serve over rice and enjoy.
