Ingredients

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • OR

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna

  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • Zest from 1 Lemon
  • ½ cup Frozen Petite Green Peas, thawed
  • ½ cup Sugar Snap Peas, chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Quickly thaw frozen peas by running them under warm water in a strainer for 30 seconds
  2. Drain and set aside
  3. In a large bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard

  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Add thawed petite peas, chopped sugar snap peas, and diced red onion
  6. Stir to combine
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  8. Serve with crackers, on sandwiches, in lettuce wraps, or with fresh vegetables
