Love Crab Rangoons? Be sure to give this delicious spin on the classic Chinese dish a try, by making it into a dip and using Wild Planet's tasty canned Pacific Mackerel.
1/4 cup 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Wild Pacific Mackerel
1/2 cup Milk
1 large Lemon
1 block of Cream cheese
1/4 cup Chopped green onions
2 Tbsp Sweet chili sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1 package of Wonton wrappers
Soak Wild Pacific Mackerel in 1/2 cup milk for 20 minutes. Drain, then squeeze 1/2 large lemon over it.
In a medium sized bowl add cream cheese, green onions, sweet chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt. With a hand mixer, mix until combined.
Add the mackerel into the cream cheese mixture and fold in until combined.
Serve with Wonton Crackers!
Take one square of wonton and brush the whole top with water. Then place a second square directly on top. Press it down to where they are now stuck together. Cut the square from corner to corner, diagonally, creating two triangles.
Place in an air fryer, spray tops with avocado oil and air fry at 375 degrees for 4 minutes.
