This is a go-to meal-prep-friendly lunch. Made with Wild Planet sustainably sourced albacore tuna & hard boiled eggs, mixed with fresh celery, red onion, pickles, avocado, mayo & Dijon mustard to make a wonderfully tasty, nutrient dense lunch.
This salad can be enjoyed with a spoon right out of the bowl, but you can also serve on bread as a sandwich, in lettuce wraps, with carrots or celery as a protein-packed dip, or over a bed of salad greens.
