Ingredients

1 (4.4oz can) Wild Planet Wild Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Wild Planet sardine oil washed Vodka or Gin
.75 oz Vermouth
.75 oz Olive Brine
Olives and a sardine for garnish
Directions
To make the sardine oil gin or vodka: Pour the gin or vodka and sardine oil into a sealable jar, shake well, then freeze until the fat solidifies at the top of the jar. Scrape off the fat layer and then strain the gin (or vodka) through a cheesecloth.
To make the martini: add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir or shake based on how you like it!
Top with olives and a sardine
