It’s the perfect smoky touch to this classic combo - cream cheese, capers, red onion, cucumber, chives, fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon. This is a must try!

• 1 (3.9oz) can Wild Planet Wild Smoked Pink Salmon Fillets in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 1/2 Cucumber, sliced

• 1/4 small Red Onion, sliced

• 2 tsp Capers
