Ingredients

    Tuna Cakes

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Foods Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • Dash of salt and pepper

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Lemon Aioli

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1/2 lemon

  • Lemon zest, to taste

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Dash of salt

  • Dash of pepper

  • Dash of dried parsley

Directions

    Tuna Cakes

    1. Drain tuna and place it in a bowl.

    2. Mix in egg, mayo, and dry ingredients with the tuna.

    3. Heat pan and place generous amount of olive oil.

    4. Once the pan is on medium heat, place a scoop of the tuna cake mixture and let it cook for about 4 minutes, then flip.

    5. Plate your tuna cake once both sides are done cooking, and top with lemon aioli. You also can keep the lemon aioli on the side as a dip.

    Lemon Aioli

    1. Mix all ingredients in bowl until sauce comes together.
