Ingredients

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped

  • ½ cup Cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste

  • 1 whole Egg

  • Thai Chili Pepper to taste, finely chopped

  • Optional: extra chilies for garnish
  • Seasoning Mix

  • ½ tsp Cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp Coriander

  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala

  • ¼ tsp Turmeric

  • 1 tsp Salt, or to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  2. In large bowl, combine tuna, onion, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, and egg

  3. Add all seasoning mix ingredients and Thai chili

  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined

  5. Form mixture into small, thick patties

  6. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet & bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown

  7. Garnish with additional chilies if desired
