Ingredients

    For the Tuna Salad

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • Red Onion, finely chopped

  • Cucumber, finely chopped
  • Pickles, finely chopped
  • ½ cup light Mayonnaise

  • For the Chipotle Sauce

  • ½ cup light Mayonnaise

  • ½ cup light Sour Cream

  • Sriracha to taste
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo

  • For Assembly

  • Low-calorie Tortilla wraps

  • Light Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • Oil for frying
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Light Sour Cream for serving
