Ingredients

• 1 package of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 1/2 small white or red onion, finely diced

• 1 can (6oz) Wild Planet Wild Sockeye Salmon, drained

• 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1 Tbsp capers, drained

• Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Place cream cheese, onion, salmon, parsley and capers in a medium bowl, mix gently to combine all ingredients. 

2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

3. Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with additional parsley if desired. 

4. Serve with crackers or toasted bagels.
