Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside. 

  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. 

  3. Add garlic, capers, red pepper flakes, Kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes. 

  4. Add spinach while stirring and cook until garlic is browned and spinach is wilted. 

  5. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. 

  6. Plate and top with White Anchovies and basil.
