Ingredients

  • 4oz Cream Cheese, softened

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna

  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas (gluten-free or regular)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup English Cucumber, diced (or any seedless cucumber)
  • Optional

  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Pitted Olives
  • Toothpicks

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and chives in a medium bowl
  2. Mix until well incorporated
  3. Add tuna to the mixture
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Mix until evenly combined
  6. Spread tuna filling evenly onto tortillas
  7. Place 1 slice of bacon on each tortilla
  8. Sprinkle diced cucumber evenly over the filling
  9. Roll tortillas tightly
  10. Place seam-side down and wrap in plastic wrap
  11. Repeat with remaining tortillas
  12. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set
  13. Remove plastic wrap
  14. Using a serrated knife, slice into 1-inch rounds
  15. Arrange on serving platter
  16. Garnish with basil leaves and olives on toothpicks if desired
  17. Serve immediately
