Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1½ Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • ¼ cup Red Onions, diced
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Baby Potatoes, boiled and halved
  • ½ cup Green Beans, blanched
  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 4 Baby Pickles
  • 3 Tbsp Black Olives
  • 1 Soft Boiled Egg
  • ½ cup Spring Salad Mix

Directions

  1. In a large mason jar, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, honey, and Dijon mustard
  2. Layer diced red onions on top of dressing
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes
  4. Add boiled baby potatoes
  5. Add blanched green beans
  6. Add tuna

  7. Add baby pickles
  8. Add black olives
  9. Add soft boiled egg
  10. Top with spring salad mix
  11. Seal jar tightly
