Ingredients

  • 2-4 Pita Breads
  • 1 (5oz) can of Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • ½ cup Hummus
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or your favorite melting cheese)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup Olives (Kalamata or your preference)
  • Pickled Onions, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F
  2. Spread hummus evenly over pita breads
  3. Sprinkle cheese over hummus layer
  4. Top with sliced red bell pepper and olives
  5. Add chunks of tuna

  6. Place in air fryer basket
  7. Air fry for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy
  8. Remove and let cool for 1-2 minutes
  9. Serve immediately with pickled onions
