8oz frozen or fresh peas, cooked and cooled
1 Tbsp shallot, finely chopped
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp basil, torn or roughly chopped
2 Tbsp dill, roughly chopped
1 (3.9oz) can Wild Planet Wild Smoked Pink Salmon Fillets in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a medium bowl add cooled peas.
To bowl of peas, stir in shallot, horseradish, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh herbs.
Gently flake smoked pink salmon fillets and add to salad mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
