Ingredients
2 cups Sushi rice
1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna
2 Tbsp Mayo
Sriracha to taste
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 sheet of Nori
Single slice of Carrot (to make the noses)
2 Tbsp Furikake
Directions
Cook the rice.
In a small bowl combine the drained can of tuna, mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix together and set aside.
Once the rice is done cooking, add the cooked rice to a medium sized bowl and season with salt, mix until combined.
For assembly, keep a bowl of water close by and dip your hands into the water before handling the rice. The water will prevent the rice from sticking. Dip your hands into the water, then grab a handful of rice, flatten it on your palm and create a small indent in the center for the tuna. Add about 1 Tbsp of the tuna, then add a little more rice on top (dip hands into water as needed), and shape into a ball (this will be the body of the snowman). Then make a smaller rice ball for the head of the snowman⛄️
Cut out shapes from a sheet of seaweed✂️ you’ll need: eyes, smiles, and buttons! If you want to be super extra, you can cut out some scarves and hats too🧐🎩 cut little tiny pieces of carrot for the noses🥕dust with furikake as the ‘snow’ and enjoy🌬️🤩
