Ingredients

  • 12 Wonton Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil for brushing
  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna

  • ½ cup Cabbage, thinly shredded
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1 small Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 Garlic Clove, grated
  • ½ tsp Fish Sauce

  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • Crushed Red Chili Flakes to taste
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Green Onions, diced for garnish
  • Sauce of choice for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Brush both sides of wonton wrappers with vegetable oil
  3. Press wrappers into muffin tin cups, forming small bowls
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and crispy
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, cabbage, red onion, and carrot

  7. Add grated garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and chili flakes
  8. Mix thoroughly until well combined
  9. Spoon tuna mixture into cooled wonton cups
  10. Garnish with diced green onions
  11. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
