2 Nori Sheets
3/4 cup cooked Sushi Rice
1 tsp seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 (6oz) can Wild Planet Wild Pink Salmon
1 1/2 Tbsp Mayo
2 tsp Sriracha or more for additional heat
Avocado
Sliced Green Onions
Cilantro
Togarashi
Cut the nori sheets into quarters.
Season the sushi rice with 1 tsp of the rice vinegar.
Using wet hands scoop 1 ½ - 2 tbsp of rice on the nori sheet. Press the rice down to adhere it to the nori.
Push the rice covered nori sheet into a muffin tin, and repeat until all the cups have been made. Bake in a 400F degree oven for 5 minutes to set the cups.
While you are waiting, prepare the salmon filling by breaking the salmon up with a fork. Add mayo and sriracha (adjust amount for desired heat) and mix thoroughly.
Place 1-2 tbsp of filling in each cup, and top it off with toppings of choice.
