Ingredients

    For the Mac and Cheese

  • 1 cup elbow Macaroni, uncooked

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna

  • 3 Tbsp Sriracha

  • ½ cup Mozzarella, shredded

  • 1 cup Cheddar, shredded

  • ½ tsp Garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 1¼ cups Milk

  • 3 Tbsp Scallions, chopped

  • 2-3 Tbsp Butter

  • 2 Tbsp Flour

  • For Coating

  • 2 Eggs, beaten

  • 1⅓ cups seasoned Breadcrumbs

  • For Topping

  • Sweet Soy glaze

  • Spicy Mayo

  • Chopped Scallions

  • Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Make cheese sauce: melt butter, add flour and seasonings
  2. Whisk in milk until thickened
  3. Add cheeses, tuna, sriracha
  4. Stir in cooked pasta
  5. Chill 1 hour
  6. Form balls, freeze 30 minutes
  7. Coat in eggs then breadcrumbs
  8. Air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes
  9. Top with sauces and garnishes
