- 6oz small shell pasta
2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna, undrained
2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna, undrained
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of one large lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Gently break up tuna in the can and add to the pasta, including the natural liquid from the tuna.
Add the carrot, parsley, celery, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Toss together to combine.
