Ingredients

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 1 Celery Stalk, diced
  • ½ Red Onion, diced
  • Fresh Dill, minced
  • ¼ cup Corn
  • ½ cup Cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 package Puff Pastry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, diced celery, red onion, minced dill, corn, cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and paprika

  4. Mix well and set aside
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into desired sizes (squares or rectangles)
  6. Place tuna mixture in center of half the pastry pieces
  7. Top each with another pastry piece
  8. Seal edges firmly with a fork
  9. Brush tops with beaten egg
  10. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and puffed
  11. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes
  12. Serve warm
