These Garlic & Paprika Tuna Puff Pastry Stars, made in collaboration with Watkins, transform Wild Planet's sustainable tuna into festive appetizers that look impressive but require minimal effort. Watkins' garlic powder and paprika bring depth and warmth to the creamy filling, which complements the flaky pastry beautifully, while the star shape adds a playful touch perfect for gatherings or holidays. The key to success lies in keeping the pastry cold before baking, ensuring those edges stay sharp and defined as they puff up golden in the oven.
