Ingredients

    For the Tuna Mousse

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise

  • ½ Lemon, juiced and zested

  • Black Pepper to taste

  • For the Toppings

  • ½ Avocado, diced

  • 1 Tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Capers

  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Fresh Dill for garnish

  • ½ Lemon for grilling

  • For the Crostini

  • ½ Baguette, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • Black Pepper to taste

  • 1 Garlic clove

Directions

  1. Blend tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest, and pepper until smooth
  2. Prepare avocado and red onions
  3. Season and toast baguette slices on both sides
  4. Rub toasted bread with garlic clove
  5. Spread mousse on serving plate
  6. Top with avocado, red onions, capers
  7. Garnish with dill, lemon zest, pepper, and olive oil
  8. Serve with crostini
