Ingredients

    Dill Pickle Tuna Dip

  • 1-2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Wild Albacore Tuna

  • ½ cup Dill Pickles, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Full Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp each: Dried Dill, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper

  • Olive Oil for drizzling
  • Fresh Dill for garnish
  • Crispy Rice Paper Tuna Dumplings

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Wild Skipjack Tuna

  • 3 cups Coleslaw Mix
  • (8oz) Bella Mushrooms, stems removed, finely chopped

  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 12 Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Olive Oil for baking
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • Blistered Shishito Peppers

  • 1lb Shishito Peppers

  • Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Wedges for serving

Directions

    Dill Pickle Tuna Dip

    1. Add tuna to a large bowl

    2. Mash with a fork until finely broken up
    3. Add pickles, celery, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings
    4. Mix until well combined
    5. Transfer to serving bowl
    6. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh dill
    7. Serve with crackers

    Crispy Rice Paper Tuna Dumplings

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F
    2. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil
    3. In a large bowl, combine tuna, coleslaw mix, mushrooms, scallions, soy sauce, and ginger
    4. Mix well
    5. Fill shallow dish with warm water
    6. Dip each rice paper wrapper for 30-45 seconds until softened
    7. Place on clean surface
    8. Add ⅓ cup filling to center
    9. Fold in sides, then roll tightly
    10. Place on prepared pan
    11. Repeat with remaining wrappers
    12. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds
    13. Bake 10 minutes, flip, then bake 8-10 minutes more until crispy and golden
    14. Serve with dipping sauce

    Blistered Shishito Peppers

    1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat
    2. Add generous amount of olive oil
    3. Once warm, add shishito peppers
    4. Season with salt
    5. Cook 5-6 minutes until blistered and charred
    6. Serve warm with lemon wedges
