Ingredients

    For the Tuna Balls

  • 2 (5oz) cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 1 Egg

  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Oil for frying
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • Light Mayonnaise
  • Light Sour Cream
  • Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika
  • For Garnish

  • Toasted Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Drain tuna very well, pressing out excess moisture
  2. Mix tuna with egg until thoroughly combined
  3. Form mixture into small balls
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated
  5. Place in freezer for about 1 hour to firm
  6. Heat oil to 300-350°F
  7. Fry tuna balls until golden brown on all sides
  8. While frying, combine all bang bang sauce ingredients
  9. Drain tuna balls on paper towels
  10. Serve with sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
