1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

1-½ Tbsp Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo Made with Avocado Oil (+ more to drizzle)
2 Tbsp (1 oz) Cream Cheese
½ Tbsp Sriracha (+ more to drizzle)
- 1 cup White Rice, cooked
- Eel Sauce
- Furikake
- 1 Green Onion, sliced
- Nori and cucumber for serving, if desired
Directions
- Combine tuna, chipotle mayo, cream cheese and sriracha. Mix well.
- To a small baking dish, add rice and the tuna mixture.
- Drizzle chipotle mayo, sriracha and eel sauce, then top with furikake.
- Bake/air fry at 400°F for 5 mins.
- Top with green onions & enjoy!
