Yubu (inarizushi pockets) provide a naturally sweet counterpoint to the spicy filling, creating a balanced bite that's both satisfying and fun to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • (4oz) Cooked Shrimp, chopped

  • 1 Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo
  • ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Sriracha to taste
  • ½ Tbsp Tobiko (optional)
  • 6-8 Yubu Pockets (seasoned tofu pockets)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna and chopped cooked shrimp

  2. Add chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo, soy sauce, and sriracha
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Fold in tobiko if using
  5. Gently open each yubu pocket
  6. Fill each pocket with the spicy tuna and shrimp mixture
  7. Arrange on a serving plate
  8. Serve immediately
