These fillets are light in color, have a silky-smooth texture and provide exceptional, big tuna flavor.

Caught using 100% pole & line or troll fishing methods that only catch smaller migratory tuna lower in mercury. Nets are never used to catch our tuna.

This tuna is harvested in the Atlantic Ocean, working with fleets in Cape Verde off the west coast of Africa.

    excellent quality, very good customer service

    I ordered the skipjack tuna in a jar since I prefer glass jars than tin can and skipjack than any other kind of tuna for lower mercury and healthier reason. The problem is some jars arrive damaged when delivered. But the customer service is very understanding and courteous, they replace any jars that has been damaged during transit. I just wish they will sell this on Whole Foods or other health markets in NYC so I don't have to worry about damage jars when ordering online.

    Tastes good, lowest in mercury, pacific, not farmed, unfortunately the cost of extra virgin olive oil doubled so they switched plain olive oil so you may as well drain it.
