The first sustainably caught skipjack tuna on the market, our hand-cut and hand-packed tuna steaks are cooked directly in the can just once to retain their natural juices, Omega‑3 oils and a firm texture.

Each can contains only tuna steak and no added water or oil so there is nothing to drain. The natural juices enhance the flavor allowing you to experience the delicious, big flavor of this pristine, light tuna.

Caught using 100% pole & line or troll fishing methods that only catch smaller migratory tuna lower in mercury. Nets are never used to catch our tuna.

This tuna is harvested in the North Pacific Ocean, working with fleets in Japan; Central Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean, working with small-scale family fishing vessels in Indonesia and the Maldives.

    Skipjack Tuna

    The only canned tuna I will eat. Contains less water, more actual product. I watch my overall sodium intake and don't like products that add unnecessary salt, so that's a plus for me.

    Hello Cynthia, Our tuna contains no added water. The liquid in the can is the fat and the juice that cooks out of the raw tuna we pressure cook in the can. When using this tuna, make sure to break up the tuna and let it absorb all its natural juices for a moist flavorful tuna with all the nutrtional benifits listed on the can. I am glad you enjoy it!
