Our most pristine and premium skipjack tuna fillets are thickly cut and hand-packed with a touch of sea salt and pure olive oil in glass jars.

These fillets are light in color, have a silky-smooth texture and provide exceptional, big tuna flavor.

Caught using 100% pole & line or troll fishing methods that only catch smaller migratory tuna lower in mercury. Nets are never used to catch our tuna.

This tuna is harvested in the Atlantic Ocean, working with fleets in Cape Verde off the west coast of Africa.

    Tastes good, lowest in mercury, pacific, not farmed, unfortunately the cost of extra virgin olive oil doubled so they switched plain olive oil so you may as well drain it.

    Terrific tuna!

    Wild Planet is the tuna most like what we found in Italy a few years ago but with a smaller environmental footprint for us since we live in the U. S. The quality is outstanding so it’s now the only tuna we buy! We purchase in bulk which allows me to share a jar with someone else every once in awhile so they can experience the pleasure of Wild Planet too.
