1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna
3-4 (4.4oz) cans Wild Planet Wild White Anchovies In Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 lbs Spaghetti
1 small Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 1/2 cup kitchen-ready Tomatoes
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, halved
1/4 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Pasta Water
3 Tbsp Capers, drained
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
Lemon Zest, for garnish
Basil Leaves, for garnish
Black Pepper, to taste
Sauté diced onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until fragrant; add tuna chunks and anchovies, followed by white wine and tomato sauce
Salt your water and drop spaghetti
Add Kalamata olives and capers into the pan and bring to a simmer; once pasta is cooked Al Dente add it to the pan with some pasta water; cook for another 2 minutes; finish with parsley, black pepper and lemon zest, garnish with a basil leaf and devour!
